Monica is an independent consultant focused on health outcomes and return-to-work initiatives within the insurance sector. Her mission addresses UK sickness absence trends by developing commercially viable, customer-centric solutions.
With extensive experience in developing Early Intervention frameworks and adopting a wider biopsychosocial model, she helps organisations understand how best to support IP claimants back to health and work.
