Guest Judge: Protection Review Awards

Judging awards is always an honour but a tough task. I’ve seen really good entries this year. Great initiatives and improvements that are making a tangible difference to customers. Also, whilst it’s still fresh in my mind, I had a couple of thoughts to help with future entries:

When you report figures, please give us the full picture. It makes it easier to understand data split into numbers and percentages. Thank you for the invitation to form part of the judging panel this year. It’s been a pleasure.
